Vinyl cleaning follows the same process as a house wash. First, we pre-rinse nearby vegetation, then apply a 1% house wash solution using our 8 GPM pressure washer and downstream injector. After the solution dwells, we rinse everything with low pressure. Vinyl is low-risk and responds well to soft washing.
Wood Fencing
Wood requires a material-specific chemical strength of 2-3%. We carefully pre-wet all plants before applying the solution. Wood absorbs organic buildup deeply, so we allow longer dwell times before pressure cleaning. Results are significantly improved but not fully restored. This is cleaning, not wood restoration.

Vinyl Fence Soft Wash Application
We pre-wet all vegetation before applying our 1% house wash mixture using our soft wash system. After appropriate dwell time, we rinse thoroughly at low pressure and visually inspect for consistency.
Wood Fence Deep Cleaning Treatment
After repeated plant protection, we apply a 2-3% cleaning mixture, adjusting dwell time accordingly. We then rinse using low to medium pressure and inspect each board to confirm results.
